Even through my most
tenacious times of tremors
with horrid baggage packed

My one love makes me recall
the most stunning of daylights
resting half-in an ocean

Each of us understand our
need for each other goes beyond
any physical manifestation

No movement needed to convey
the protections we provide
towards each other always

Yet the embrace is a bonus which
we both enjoy and wish
to procrastinate until forever

Let the sand castles topple and
crash into the waves but we
are far more steadfast

Demolition of inconstancy has
been our materialization of love
leaving just you and me

me and you,
